APPLICATIONS

Ecopur Tack is suitable for bonding various materials such as leather, synthetic leather, fabrics, linings, uppers, regenerated materials, cardboard—commonly used in shoe and leather goods manufacturing.

Thanks to its chemical properties, it can be applied both at room temperature and with low thermal activation.

It can be used as a single-component product with spray guns or rollers.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Apply Ecopur Tack with a spray gun, roller, or brush onto the materials to be bonded.

For the cold method: let dry for 10–15 minutes after application, then join and press the dried materials at room temperature.

For the hot method: after the adhesive’s cold application window, reactivate the adhesive on the materials by heating them to 40–50°C, then join and press.

• Good initial tack.

• Excellent final bond strength and heat resistance.

• Maximum bonding strength is achieved after approximately 4 days.

STORAGE

The product should be stored in original containers at temperatures between 10 and 30°C.
At temperatures below 5°C, the product may be irreparably damaged.
Under proper conditions, it remains suitable for use for about 6 months.
Stir well before use.

• Plastic containers: Net weight 10 kg

• Bags: Net weight 5 kg

NOTES

• Cold bonding: within 20 minutes of adhesive film drying.

• Hot bonding: within 48 hours.

• Minimum film-forming temperature: 5°C
