Ecopur S/2 is suitable for bonding various materials such as leather or synthetic uppers to soles made of PVC, leather, TR, or polyurethane, commonly used in the footwear industry.
Its use requires ovens or infrared lamps to reactivate the adhesive film on the substrates to be joined and pressed.

APPLICATIONS
Ecopur S/2 is suitable for bonding various materials such as leather or synthetic uppers to soles made of PVC, leather, TR, or polyurethane, commonly used in the footwear industry.
Its use requires ovens or infrared lamps to reactivate the adhesive film on the substrates to be joined and pressed.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Apply Ecopur S/2 using a spray gun, rollers, or a brush to the materials to be bonded.
After allowing enough time for the adhesive film to dry—indicated by the transparency of the adhesive on the surface—proceed to reactivate the surfaces at about 60–70°C, then press uniformly.
Excellent initial tack. Final bond strength is reached after at least 48 hours, at which point excellent heat resistance is also developed.
STORAGE
The product should be stored in original containers at temperatures between 10°C and 30°C.
At temperatures below 5°C, the product may become irreversibly damaged.
Under suitable conditions, the product remains usable for about 6 months.
Stir well before use.

Ecopur S/2 complies with the following Jungle Test standards:

3 days / 50°C, RH > 95%

5 days / 50°C, RH > 95%
For the Jungle Test standard of 7 days / 70°C, RH > 95%, the addition of 5% Icadur GN is required.
